When will my order be processed?
Please, keep in mind that ALL of our products are handmade. All orders are handled and shipped from our workshop in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be handcrafted within 15-20 business days from the order date (depending on demand) and shipped within 3-5 days after the processing time. Please note that ALL our products are processed entirely by hand and we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 15-20 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-5 business days for mainland Spain delivery, 12-20 business days for US delivery, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Euros, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
